The price of each apartment depends on the type and length of stay, starting from € 100.00 per day. Furthermore, the payment of the tourist tax is required, only for the first 7 days, equal to € 0.80 (80 cents) per day, as established by the Municipality of Saint Vincent.
The stay rate includes all the equipment present in the data sheet of each single housing unit, the supply of gas, electricity, water, heating. Cleaning and weekly linen change are included.

The reservation is considered valid upon receipt of 30% of the stay price which can be paid by bank transfer or bank check.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will be fully withheld, unless notice of cancellation is given with at least 15 days' notice.
As it is not a hotel or residence, check-in is fixed by appointment to be requested via e-mail before arrival, while the apartment must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Upon arrival, the documents will be registered, the balance paid and the invoice for the stay issued. Upon arrival, a deposit of € 100 is also required, which will be returned at the end of the stay, after checking the equipment and functionality of all the accessories available.
In case of impossibility to deliver the booked accommodation unit, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation within 30 days. from arrival with the simple return of the deposit paid without adding penalties. If the difficulty remains after that date, we undertake to replace it with another one of equal or superior characteristics and under the same conditions.
